Shipping Info:

Orders usually ship in 1-4 business days.

Most ground shipped packages are delivered within 5-10 business days from the day they are shipped.
On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email if we determine your order will not ship by this timeframe.

Return Policy:

All returns must be received back by our manufacturer 30 days from the date initiated.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment.
After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.

Product Warranty:

We will replace your product for ONE FULL YEAR to warranty against manufacturer defect. If you have a problem with any of our products and would like to receive a replacement, please email us let us know what the problem is, then arrangements can be made to exchange the product, for the original price paid minus shipping costs towards the replacement.
